melroom has published plain, tested guides to email marketing tools since 2021. We cover the setup work that most tutorials skip, and we compare tools honestly so you can choose once and stay put.
Why we started
We started melroom after setting up the same email tools for small businesses over and over, and noticing that people always got stuck in the same places: domain records, audience settings, forms that did not connect and pricing that changed as their list grew.
Every guide is written after doing the work in a real account. When a tool changes its screens or its plans, we go back through the guide and mark the date it was last checked at the top of the page.

No paid placements
Tools cannot pay to be covered or ranked. If we ever use affiliate links, we will say so on the page.
Dated and maintained
Each guide shows when it was first published and when it was last reviewed.

If something is out of date, tell us and we will check it and fix the guide.
